Pacific Garden Design is a leading design-build landscape firm servicing clients in the Spokane, Spokane Valley, and Coeur d'Alene area with occasional out of town work.

All Foreman applicants must have a valid Driver’s License AND a clean driving record.

Landscape Construction Foreman

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Working on the jobsite while managing the crew of 2-6 employees

• Assisting in the preparation of jobsites prior to the beginning of a project

• Operating various tools and equipment, including: heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc

• Having the ability to work with Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Subcontractors to stay on schedule and budget

• Having the ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, or site specifications

• Maintaining and enforcing standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas

• Irrigation system knowledge preferred

Minimum of 4 years verifiable experience in crew leading is required

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is mandatory
